BELLA ‘MBRIANA
The Bella ‘Mbriana by Macrì is a sculpture in pottery modeled by hand and glazed by second-fire. She represents the protector of the house, which is invoked in situations that compromise family serenity. Her name seems to derive from Meridiana, symbol of the Sun and of heat, bearer of light and prosperity wherever she is well accepted. Legend tells that she loves being just in homes whose inhabitants wish to welcome her and bring her respect. She is the good angel of the hearth, bearer of lucky events.
